You'll know how to sort out more than 70 pay categories, which ones are tax-deductible, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) guidelines and benefits, how pay is affected through an injury or deployment and how to accurately calculate income from the Leave and Earnings statement. You'll confidently move your service members toward accurate and timely closings as their "local military expert." After passing the exam, you can proudly display your Certified Military Home Specialist Certificate.
